Skates & rentals
The city's price list charges skate hire per operating period, with lower rates for schoolchildren and from 16:00, and also lists skate sharpening (the page still carries events from early 2026).

Two ice surfaces, one of them roofed
The Kunsteisbahn in the Eisenstadt Sportzentrum has two ice surfaces of 2,500 m² in all: an ice hockey field of 60 by 30 metres and a training field of 40 by 20 metres. The larger surface is roofed, so skating goes on in bad weather too. Once the ice has melted in summer the track serves as a roller skating and inline track.
The Union Eis- und Rollsportclub and the ESV Eisenstadt run the skating courses, and the Raptors Eisenstadt play ice hockey on the rink.
The rink also hosts club and regional competitions. In spring 2026 Piste A was taken by the Fanny Elßler Cup on 20 to 22 February, the Landesschaulaufen of the ESV on 8 March and the Haydn Pokal of the UES from 20 to 22 March.
