Evening mass skating from Friday to Sunday, with the rules and price list in the community menu
No public skating is posted for the next 7 days. New sessions show here as soon as the rink posts them.
Imandra Ice Arena is a covered rink with artificial ice in the centre of Monchegorsk, at Kirova Avenue 5a. Its community describes it as the place for mass skating, for hockey training and for sports events.
Mass skating is offered as one session on each of three evenings, Friday to Sunday, and the rink keeps the working mode in its community menu beside the price list and the rules. The rules let in only visitors who are wearing skates, ask children under 12 to skate with an adult who is on skates, and recommend helmets and knee, elbow and wrist protection for children and unsure adults.
Everyone skates counter-clockwise, and speeding and extreme tricks are banned because they get in the way of other skaters. If the ice becomes crowded the administration can suspend entry to mass skating, and outsiders may not be in the building during competitions, training sessions and ice preparation.
