Mass skating, hockey and figure-skating hours in one weekly table, with night sessions until 01:00 or 03:00
Ice arena Rubezh stands at 123 Veteranov Avenue in the south-west of Saint Petersburg. It publishes a weekly timetable through its own Telegram channel, split into three kinds of ice time: mass skating, which it describes as free skating for anyone who wants to spend time on the ice, a hockey hour where players come on strictly in full kit, and a figure-skating hour set aside for skaters of all levels.
Mass skating runs through the afternoon on weekdays, with more sessions on Saturdays and Sundays. The arena also holds night mass-skating sessions: on Mondays and Wednesdays they run until 01:00, and on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays until 03:00.
Skaters must step on and off the ice strictly at the printed times, and the arena warns that the times of mass skating can change, so it asks visitors to follow its channel for the latest timetable. The complex also houses a billiards hall, a massage room and a sambo club.
